ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. - Mar. 14, 2005 - BOSSdev, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Richer Components™, a leading developer of software components for the ASP.Net platform. The sale closed today, Mar. 14, 2005, however terms of the purchase agreement remain undisclosed.

Established in 1997, Richer Components first product, RichTextBox™, is highly acclaimed by Microsoft and the ASP.Net developer community as well as by major 'blue chip' corporations. They currently offer five ASP product components in addition to the necessary server, application, development and enterprise licenses.
